When placing a custom order, please be as specific as possible. If applicable, please include: desired item(s) (ie: vase, paperweight, etc.), preferred color(s), preferred size, "need by" date, budget, etc. After we receive your order, we will contact you with a price quote. Bryan will do his best to accommodate your requests and will let you know upfront if something cannot be done. You will receive a sketch of the design before work is started. 50% of the total will be due upfront, with the remaining 50% due before shipment.
Please Note: Due to the fact that this order is *custom*, please expect at least 2-3 weeks before delivery. But, rest-assured that we will keep in constant contact with you in order to keep you informed of the status of your order and shipment date.
